After checking Dubai’s weather forecast for the next 30 days, it seems the climate will be cooler which means we’ll be able to get back to our routines. September at Bookends is packed with opportunities to dive back into the literary world:

It will be our pleasure to host a book signing session with the author of the trending story “#Icouldhavebeenaninstapost”. Please come to the meet and greet session on the 22nd in which you can have a chance to meet the author, have a chat with her and learn how modern stories are being told on social media.

AED 1 Bookish Carnival (28th September)

End the month on a high with our AED 1 Bookish Carnival on the 28th. With games costing only AED 1, this is a fun-filled day for book lovers and families alike. Explore book stalls, engage in literary games and enjoy a carnival atmosphere – all while discovering new reads at unbeatable prices!

Virtual Book Club (From 2nd September)

In our virtual book club we are always having engaging conversations about books, authors and bookstores but maybe you can’t get to the bookstore to join in every time. Engage in our Virtual Book Club beginning from 2nd September to socialise with other book lovers without leaving the comfort of your home. We will make sure that a new book is discussed by the group every month so the spirit of turning pages will never die.
